for our Tenth
International Choral Festival
July 13-16, 2016
Mission of the ICF
The International Choral Festival is a nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting artistic excellence, global understanding, friendship, and goodwill through choral music.
Ring in the holidays with this community production of the MESSIAH, with a chorus of 100+ voices, an orchestra and 4 outstanding soloists! The concert is free (donations accepted at the door). Click here for more information.
Tune into Montana Public Radio's program about Missoula's 9th International Choral Festival. You'll hear performances, along with behind-the-scenes interviews with singers, host families, choir liaisons, conductors, and audience members. It is a wonderful look back at a week filled with superb music, cultural exchange, and abundant goodwill. Thanks KUFM Missoula!
A triennial Festival, Missoula's International Choral Festival has brought outstanding choirs together since its first Festival in 1987. A non-competitive showcase Festival, only the best of the best choirs are invited. Once they arrive, community members open their hearts and their homes to the visiting singers, and choirs perform to enthusiastic audiences who can't seem to get enough of their music. Music, cultural understanding, and friendships cross continents and boundaries, helping to "bring the world a little closer, through music."
Missoula's International Choral Festival is proud to be a member of Legacy Montana. For information about Legacy Montana, view this television advertisement, or click the logo below.
